Is It Safe to Use?

Yes, it is. I scanned the program’s installation file for viruses using Malwarebytes Anti-malware and Avast Antivirus and found nothing harmful.

From an operational perspective, the tool is also safe if you know what you’re doing. But be careful when using it because choosing the wrong disk or changing settings you don’t know may lost your partition and files. Because this tool works with disk partitions, changing some small settings may wipe data off your storage device. Before doing anything, verify what you’re doing, or contact their support team help you complete your operation.

The first option is interested me that you can move the entire operating system from one disk to another without data loss and damage. You can move the OS and some program files to other hard disks. The operating system works fine after moving. Besides it can move from entire operating system disk to another and then, it also can move just OS to another disk, then you can use the other disk as primary partition to boot the computer and to run your program files.

Merge partition is yet another interesting option that MiniTool partition wizard provides. You can merge two adjacent partitions without any loss of data. There is noteworthy that this function only works for NTFS partitions. If the target partition is formatted with FAT12/FAT16/FAT32, you should use “Convert FAT to NTFS” function of the software to convert the partition to NTFS at first. Converting file system could keep your data intact.

Among other options that you can the WinPE bootable disk makes a copy of MiniTool partition wizard on external storage.
